Immunization and TB Testing Services

The Immunization Program at the India Street Public Health Center offers low-cost immunization, TB testing, and travel health services by appointment.

Services include:

Routine Adult Immunization, Adolescent Immunization, TB Testing Services

The Immunization Program provides students, health care workers, older adults, and others with vaccination against measles, mumps, and rubella; varicella (chicken pox); tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis; hepatitis A; hepatitis B; human papillomavirus (HPV); meningococcal disease; pneumococcal disease; and influenza. Visit fees are $15 plus the cost of vaccines, which range from $0 to $130. For information about vaccines you may need, please see the CDC’s current vaccination recommendations for Adults, children and adolescents website.

The Immunization Program also offers tuberculosis (TB) skin testing for a visit fee of $15. Please see CDC’s Tuberculin Skin Test Fact Sheet for more information.

All services can be can be paid for by cash, check and credit card. The clinic can not accept American Express.

Travel Health Services
The Immunization Program is a CDC-certified Yellow Fever vaccine provider and offers comprehensive pre-travel health services including risk assessment, health education, immunization, and antimalarial prescriptions as needed. In addition to the routine vaccines listed above, the Program vaccinates clients against yellow fever, typhoid fever, polio, bacterial meningitis, and Japanese encephalitis. Travel consult fees are usually $45-$90; travel vaccine costs range from $30 to $105. Please visit us at least 4 weeks prior to travel for maximum protection. Staff clinicians are unable to provide travel consult services by telephone. Please call 874-8446 for an appointment.
